20min amrap:

400m run
ME Push-ups

*every time you come in from a 400m run you will then do as many unbroken push-ups as possible. Once you fail or stop on the push-ups you will start your next 400m run. Your score will be total push-ups completed in 20min.

odd: 8 push-ups
16 air squats

even: 20 split jumps L+R=1

Every minute on the minute you are going to complete a series of movements. during the odd minutes you will have 60sec to complete 8 push-ups and 16 squats. Even minutes you will have to complete the split jumps. your score will be the total amount of minutes(rounds) completed.
